For your convenience, orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will be shipped out the same business day if available. If you place your order after 12:00 PM CST, don’t worry – we’ll send it out the next business day.

Our shipping policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders exceeding $100, before tax and after any discounts are applied. Orders not meeting the free shipping threshold will incur our nominal standard rate based on total weight of order. It’s important to note that free shipping is not available for freight items, which have separate charges. We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other common carriers to ensure your package is delivered safely and efficiently. Once your order is processed, tracking information will be sent to your email, provided tracking is available.  For residential addresses, the need for a signature is determined by the delivery driver. We strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, from browsing to delivery.

Understanding the importance of efficient order processing, many companies implement policies where orders are locked in once submitted. This ensures that the distribution center can begin the shipping process without delay, contributing to faster delivery times. However, in the event that a customer no longer requires the purchased item, return policies are in place to accommodate such situations. Customers are encouraged to reach out to us to initiate the return process, which is often outlined in the company’s return policy. This balance between quick order processing and flexible return options aims to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

At Tate Supply, we strive to provide our customers with accurate delivery estimates while navigating the complexities of logistics. Our delivery dates are carefully calculated considering product availability, order timing, delivery destinations, and shipping methods. We acknowledge that orders with large quantities, items not readily available at the nearest distribution center, or those destined for remote locations may experience delays beyond our initial estimate. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, we are committed to transparency and communication throughout the shipping process.

For orders shipped directly from the manufacturer, especially bulk orders, we advise customers to anticipate a longer lead time. Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as it becomes available. Additionally, for orders including raft or technology items, extra time for delivery should be expected.

Tate Supply’s shipping policy is designed to provide the best service within the contiguous United States. While we understand the limitations may be inconvenient for customers outside the mainland, such as those in Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories, these restrictions are in place to ensure efficiency and reliability within our delivery network. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations due to logistical constraints. Additionally, to maintain the integrity of our shipments and to prevent any potential issues with package security, we do not ship to UPS/FedEx stores, USPS locations, or freight forwarding companies. We appreciate your understanding and are continually evaluating our policies to better serve our customers.

When it comes to freight shipping, certain items like furniture, oversized products, and hazardous materials require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping due to their weight and size. These items are shipped via common carrier from the distribution center directly to your dock within 5-10 business days, with shipping charges calculated at a rate of $1 per pound. It’s important to have someone available during standard business hours to sign for the delivery and to inspect the items for any visible damage before accepting the shipment. Remember that truck deliveries are tailgate/dock only, meaning the driver will not assist with unloading or moving the items inside. If you require additional services, such as inside delivery for business addresses in certain metropolitan areas, be aware that extra charges will apply. Residential deliveries have their limitations and may not be available in all areas.
