Purchase Order Process
1. Select Your Product(s) of Interest
Add all products of interest in the shopping cart, follow the checkout process, and select “Purchase Order”. A purchace order number is needed from your business, government, or school.
2. Verify Product Availability
Tate Supply will check for product availbility.
3. Approval of Purchase Order
After discussing shipping arrangements and finalizing pricing, the purchase order is then agreed upon and approved.
4. Process Purchase Order
If Tate Supply is the vendor of choice to provide the products of interest, we will immediately start the purchase order fullfillment process.
5. Products are Shipped
Tate Suppy will shipped and track your products to the provided address on file. A tracking number will also be provided to the customer.
6. Submission of Invoice
Upon verification of product quality and quantity, Tate Supply will process and email an invoice for purchase order fullfillment.
